1. Electronic Record & Regulatory Compliance

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name www.prodaaps.com ("Website"), including related mobile sites and platform consoles (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by PRODAAAPS VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED, an incorporated company having its registered office at Kammanahalli, Maruthi Seva Nagar, Karnataka - 560033 (Bangalore), India (hereinafter referred to as "Prodaaps", "We", "Us", "Our").

2. Eligibility to Use

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are representing an enterprise or institutional department, you represent and warrant that you possess the requisite authorization to bind such entity.

3. User Account, Passwords & Security

If You access or transact through our customer portal, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (User ID and Password), and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Prodaaps immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Platform Use & Conduct Rules

You agree and undertake that when using the Platform, you will not:

• Host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Website, systems resources, accounts, passwords, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Website.
• Engage in any denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) activity. Prodaaps reserves all rights to seek legal remedies and claim damages for any intentional or unintentional disruption caused.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or breach security or authentication measures without express written permission from our engineering team.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content included on the Website—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of PRODAAAPS VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prodaaps, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from your access to and use of our Platform.

7. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
