Refund Policy

1. B2B Enterprise Software & Licensing Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all commercial engagements, platform licenses, software subscriptions, and custom engineering services delivered by PRODAAAPS VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Prodaaps").

Because our platforms (including Telecom & Digital Forensics Platform, GPS Fleet Telematics Server, and Smart School Management ERP) are enterprise-grade software products deployed on dedicated infrastructure or offline workstations, all financial transactions are structured around milestone deliveries, signed service contracts, and mutual acceptance test protocols.

2. Payment Terms & Processing

• All commercial invoices and service fees are billed and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) or agreed foreign currency via bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS) or authorized secure corporate merchant gateways.
• Prior to issuing software licenses or providing customized builds, customer identification and corporate registration credentials may be verified in compliance with banking and legal requirements.

3. Pilot Evaluations & Pre-Procurement Demonstrations

To ensure complete satisfaction before commercial commitment, Prodaaps provides institutional briefings, system demonstrations, and structured technical evaluation windows. Departmental stakeholders are strongly encouraged to thoroughly evaluate software performance against their operational requirements during this pre-procurement phase.

4. Refund Eligibility & Milestone Conditions

• License Keys & Deployed Software: Once proprietary software licenses, offline executable builds, or perpetual activation keys have been delivered and verified on customer infrastructure, license fees are non-refundable due to the digital nature of software distribution.
• Custom Development Milestones: For bespoke software engineering or custom integrations, payments made upon completion and acceptance of defined contractual milestones are non-refundable. In the event of contract termination prior to milestone completion, unspent advance deposits are assessed against actual hours logged and engineering costs incurred.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) & Cloud Subscriptions: Annual subscription or AMC cancellations requested within 30 days of renewal without service utilization may be eligible for a prorated refund, subject to administrative and banking transaction deductions.
