Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which software subscriptions, software maintenance plans, and deployment orders may be cancelled with PRODAAAPS VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "Prodaaps").

2. Cancellation by the Company

Please note that there may be certain operational or contractual orders that we are unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Inaccuracies or technical errors in project specifications or licensing parameters.
• Security, fraud identification, or sanctions compliance verification failures.
• Inability of client infrastructure to meet minimum operational prerequisites required for deployment.

If an order is cancelled by the Company after payment has been received, the full amount will be reversed to the original issuing bank account in accordance with banking clearing cycles.

3. Cancellation by Client / Customer

Given the dedicated infrastructure provisioning and engineering allocation required for our enterprise platforms:

• Subscription & Hosted Services: Notice of non-renewal or cancellation for recurring SaaS or telematics hosting must be provided at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the subsequent billing cycle.
• Deployments in Progress: If a cancellation request is received after project kickoff but prior to formal deployment sign-off, work performed and infrastructure expenses incurred up to the date of notice will be computed and billed accordingly.
• Perpetual & Air-Gapped Licenses: Perpetual licenses once delivered and validated are perpetual and irrevocable, and cannot be cancelled post-delivery.
